SAFE ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Thank you for volunteering to assist in our programs for children. Our goal is to have a safe environment for ourchildren. All adults who have regular contact with children (this includes all head and assistant coaches) must first fulfill the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Safe Environment Program Requirements. All clearances (1, 2, and 3) must be obtained BEFORE working with Children.
The Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance are free for volunteers. Please note that if you both work and volunteer you have to obtain the paid employment clearance; the fee waiver is for volunteering only. The Federal Fingerprint Check fee remains unchanged.
