LAETATE RINGERS
Contact: Elaine Zajano 610.405.6551 | handbells@stvparish.org The Laetate (meaning “Rejoice”) Ringers, our parish Handbell Choir, is open to all ages. We rehearse in Rosemont Chapel on Thursdays at 7:15. Pictured to the right -
Director of our Laetate Ringers, Elaine Zajano, recently traveled to Holland, Michigan to study the British four-in-hand ringing technique with expert ringers Carla and Larry Sue. Using this skill enables as few as two ringers to play a complete piece! Elaine is thrilled to have had this opportunity, and looks forward to passing on what she has learned to members of Laetate. |
The beauty of the bronze bells and the ethereal tone of handchimes remind us that the beauty of God is very much with us in this world, and we offer our music as our prayer and as an effort to lift the hearts of our fellow worshippers.
We play at Masses for Christmas and Easter, as well as periodically throughout the year and at special events such as Lessons and Carols. For information, please contact Director Elaine Zajano.
