WELCOME CELEBRATION A RESOUNDING SUCCESS
The parish enjoyed a beautiful, sunny day last Sunday, as we gathered on Mendel Field for fellowship and good food. It was a large crowd, many of whom attended the 10:30 Mass which was at full capacity. Comments were universal that this was a big hit, enjoyed by all. The Staff, Parish Council and the Welcome Back Committee who put a lot of effort into the planning of this event deserve our thanks for a job well done. It’s my hope that we can follow up with other events which will give our parish community more opportunities for enjoying each others’ presence. Fr. Joe |

A NOTE OF THANKS
Friends and parishioners,
A blessed and happy Easter season to all. My sincere thanks to all of you who have effusively expressed your concern over my health and recuperation. I’m happy to say that I am beginning to ease back into ministry this week with the goal of resuming normal activity as soon as possible. My doctors have assured me that this can be done in the next few weeks. Let me take this opportunity to thank my Augustinian brothers who assumed responsibility for the parish in my absence, and our able Staff members who kept things running smoothly. There was never a doubt on my part that the parish was in good hands. Again, my thanks to all of you for your many messages, cards, gifts, etc. I am humbled by the outpouring of your support and loving concern for my welfare. God bless you.
